Although negotiation is a natural process that will be carried out by every human being in everyday life, it will be more meaningful and useful in supporting the successful implementation of the company's general operations. Particularly because the company is always required to be able to achieve an adequate bargaining position but by maintaining a good relationship with the business partner in order to obtain a relationship that is sustainable but equally profitable (win-win solution and position).
All levels of the company must be able to improve their negotiating skills, related to each position and position, which are integrated in the company's strategy. Therefore we need a guidance and direction so that each company personnel is able to fully realize the matters related to negotiations, explore their ability to negotiate and integrate it with the macro strategy of the company, especially in the field of employment and positions owned.
Therefore Negotiation Skill training activities are believed to be one way to explore the internal capabilities that have been in each line of company personnel in negotiations, and direct them to be aligned with company goals.
This training is designed in the form of interactive methods with instructors. The material is a combination of studies of some thoughts, cases and philosophical views, with the actual implementation of conflict management. In general it is expected that the results of the training will be able to enrich the knowledge and skills of the ranks of employees in carrying out negotiations to support the overall success of the organization.

Maria R. Nindita Radyati Ph.D, Dip. Cons., Dip. PM
Maria has over 20 years research and consulting experience in projects with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Higher Education Sectors. She has established two Master degree programs specialising in CSR and Social Entrepreneurship. Maria completed her PhD from University of Technology Sydney and is currently undertaking International Certification as a Management Consultant.

Rio is a graduate of Cum-Laude MM-Sustainability at Trisakti University who is the Sustainability Manager at CECT.
